The bolts are part threaded and conform to DIN 931 standards. The hexagonal head has been designed for use with spanners or sockets and offers maximum torque when used with these tools.

DIN 571 Hex Head Coach Screw Zinc -  A traditional heavy duty woodscrew mainly used for timber to timber applications, attaching ironmongery to timber or into masonry with the use of a nylon plug. Pilot drill holes may be required into certain hardwoods. NOTE: Thread length is 2/3 of the overall length screw. E.G. 100mm = 60mm thread length (approx.).
