The most popular tried and tested worktop jig, designed to enable all 1/2” shank plunge routers to cut precise butt and scribe joints in postform worktops.

For up to 1000mm wide worktops with cable tidy insert and circular hinge cut apertures.

- A single male and female template in 16mm solid laminate.
- Facility to join boards from 450mm to 1000mm wide.
- Facility to cut 22.5° mitre corners for hob units.
- Integral template slots for rounding and mitring of peninsular worktop corners, for cable tidy inserts and a circular concealed hinge aperture and 3/4” BSP hole for mixer taps.
- Colour coded pin location for quick and easy use.
- Four bolt recess slots for connection bolts to allow
three bolts in 600mm wide worktop.
- Cuts out of square joints (max. 3°).
- Guide bush and cutter checker.
- Routs 35mm hole for 3/4” BSP mixer tap and two
- 25mm holes for bridge (bed) mixer tap.

- Includes Three alloy location bushes and a width-setting stop

Size: 1200 x 376 x 16mm, weight 9.6kg.

- Machined from hardwearing solid laminate.
- Will produce a joint in 15 minutes including setting-up time.
- Facilities to cut various widths of board and thicknesses up to 42mm.
- Integral panel bolt connector recessing template with easy spanner access.

Jig requires:
- A portable plunge router with 12.7mm (1/2 inch) shank capacity and minimum 1300 watts.
- A template guide bush with 30mm outside diameter ref. GB30.
- A TCT router cutter with 12.7mm (1/2 inch) diameter and 50mm (2 inch) cut length.
- Two 100mm (4 inch) throat clamps.

All deliveries from Bedford Saw & Tool Co will be via courier or in some cases Royal Mail and will require a signature.  Delivery times for items in stock are usually 1-2 working days from despatch for mainland UK. You will receive and email as soon as your order is despatched. Remote locations, highlands, islands and overseas are usually at a local depot within 2-3 days but can can take up to 14 days for them to deliver.

Freight companies with tail lift vehicles may be used for larger items.
