Refunds will usually be made In the same way as the original payment was received. This will be within 30 days of the return or cancellation where a refund applies. Please contact us before returning any item(s) either by phone or e-mail. Your item must be in its original packaging and in an unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Do not return the item without receiving or including your returns number. 3. Include in your package a signed letter including your contact details stating the reason for your return, your returns number and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they have been opened or used. Please contact us before returning your item.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Clothing cannot be returned if the wrong size has been ordered, please contact our sales staff if you have any queries before ordering.
Some items including special order items are subject to a manufacturers handling fee which can be up to 25%, this will be deducted from your refund.
